Q: Once I complete my program, can I renew?

A: Absolutely! Whether it’s renewing nutrition coaching, or wanting to go from the Build Your Body into nutrition coaching is up to you and how far you want to take your goals and education.

Q: What if I get sick, or something comes up during our time together?

A: I take my clients personal lives into great consideration. If something happens where a week or more causes you to derail that makes it seemingly impossible to control on your end, I will NOT take that time away. We will pick back up once you have your feet back under you. Payments must still occur at regularly scheduled times.

Q: Do you offer monthly payment plans?

A: I offer the flexibility of paying in full or 2 installments for all my coaching programs. Reason being, I want you to value and fully commit yourself to an amount of time I know will compound some progress towards your goals. 

Q: What does the line of communication look like with clients?

A: All my clients have 24/7 Voxer access with me. My promise is to walk with you through this journey, providing the tools, perspective, and support you need. I find that clients need close emotional support throughout this journey to keep them from throwing their hands up. If you are looking for the highest level of accountability and communication, the Build Your Body program includes weekly 30 minute Zoom calls on top of the Voxer Support.


While I cannot guarantee results, or exact time frame goals will be met, I promise to provide you the most up-leveling and eye opening experience about food, your body and mindset. The more you put in, the more you will get, and that includes being open, honest, and vulnerable to help me help you. I do guarantee if you commit yourself, you will walk away with new tools, skills and growth to Fit Fitness Freely.
