I'm so glad you are here! My name is Sarah, and I am the founder, creator and coach behind Fit Fitness Freely. I love all things related to food, fitness and of course, helping you do the same.
I began my fitness journey back in 2013 like most: wanting to better myself. What started out a passion became an obsession, ultimately leading to a tail spinning cycle of my goals fighting against me. I've accumulated a lot of anecdotal knowledge over the years, while also diving into the science behind health and fitness on my way to receiving a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and CPT through NASM. Over the years I have gained experience in 1:1 training, group training, and online training, but most importantly...how to make it feel freeing again. My mission is to help women build a lifestyle that supports them, their goals, & well-being through utilizing nutrition, fitness, & their minds to

Sarah taught me how to safely and reasonably either “cut” or increase calories / macros depending on the current goal. Before learning this, if I wanted to lose weight, I would dramatically reduce the number of calories I was eating, which was not sustainable or good for my metabolism. After a few days of restrictive eating, I would cave and binge eat like crazy, feel guilty, and start my super restrictive diet all over again only to end up binging again. It was a vicious cycle! Not only does Sarah teach you how to cut or increase food in a safe way, but she shows you how to do it so you can still eat your FAVORITE foods (especially while on a “cut”). For example, I eat cookies almost every day and I am always making progress and feel great!
