I'm so glad you are here! My name is Sarah, and I am the founder, creator and coach behind Fit Fitness Freely. I love all things related to food, fitness and of course, helping you do the same.
I began my fitness journey back in 2013 like most: wanting to better myself. What started out a passion became an obsession, ultimately leading to a tail spinning cycle of my goals fighting against me. I've accumulated a lot of anecdotal knowledge over the years, while also diving into the science behind health and fitness on my way to receiving a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and CPT through NASM. Over the years I have gained experience in 1:1 training, group training, and online training, but most importantly...how to make it feel freeing again.
