I'm so glad you are here! My name is Sarah, and I am the founder, creator and coach behind Fit Fitness Freely. I love all things related to food, fitness and of course, helping you do the same.
I began my fitness journey back in 2013 like most: wanting to better myself. What started out a passion quickly became an obsession, ultimately leading to a tail spinning cycle of my goals fighting against me. Over the years, I learned to understand more around the human body & mind, and how to work with them as one from a mental, lifestyle & functional approach to heal from within. I've accumulated a lot of anecdotal knowledge over the years, while also diving into the physiology behind nutrition and fitness receiving a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Human Nutrition, becoming a certified personal trainer through NASM & a certified Functional Nutritionist & Metabolism Specialist. I've trained in many settings from 1:1 training, group training, and online training, and coaching many individuals to create a protocol that adds to their life & health by making it flow freely again. Over the years of being in the fitness & health industry, I found there is one thing that is always missing. Independence.
Every program, diet, magazine you picked up on ''How to lose 30 lbs by summer'' always told you what to do but not how to shape shift it to your life. Therefore, resulting in unsustainable results, inability to adhere on your own and unfortunately, lots of shame around ever accomplishing your goal. My journey became free when I learned what I needed vs what everyone told me to do. I stopped forcing boxes & guidelines and dove inward to uncover the freedom in fitness I desired.
More than likely, it's been years since your health journey actually felt good and added to your health, and instead has turned against you. Taking away from your health and your life. It's time to get results by creating a journey that flows for you, your body and your mind.
